Slow Down to Speed Up

The Story Behind TranquiliTea: From Burnout to Balance

The idea for TranquiliTea didn’t come from a lab, a whiteboard, or a trend report.
It came from real life. From experience working at a desk, balancing work-life priorities and managing stress. It came from burnout.

Back when I was working long hours in corporate finance, I lived off caffeine. Coffee in the morning. Energy drinks in the afternoon. Whatever it took to push through the deadlines, the meetings, the mental fog.

I’d hit the same spiral many of us do:
😵💫 Mind racing with a million tabs open
Jittery from too much coffee or energy drinks trying to stay focused
😤 Anxious, wired, and nowhere near productive or calm

But the “boost” never lasted. I’d crash harder later—wired, anxious, unable to sleep, and stuck in a cycle I couldn’t break.

I looked around and realised… I wasn’t the only one.

Colleagues, friends, even high-performing professionals I admired—they were all chasing clarity and calm but finding it harder than ever to stay balanced without relying on stimulants.
We had options to power up, but almost none to wind down… especially ones that were actually healthy.

That’s when the seed for TranquiliTea was planted.

I didn’t want another sugary soft drink or jittery energy hit. I wanted something natural.

Something that actually helped you function and focus — mentally and emotionally. Something you could sip at your desk, after a workout, or before bed, and feel genuinely better from.

I teamed up with scientists, nutritionists and researchers and spent nearly a year developing a drink that worked with your body, not against it.

The result?

TranquiliTea – a lightly sparkling tea-based drink infused with calming adaptogens, nootropics for mental clarity, and zero added sugar.

It’s made for the thinkers, the doers, the overthinkers—the people trying to navigate a high-speed world with a bit more calm, clarity, and control.

Now I get to see what started as a personal pain point evolve into something that’s helping others feel better, focus better, and live better.

This isn’t just a drink.
It’s a shift in mindset.
From stimulation to balance.
From burnout to flow.
From surviving the day to owning it.
